CJ100&CJZ100 CNC Hydraulic Punching/Drilling and Marking Machine

This machine  is used  for punching or drilling, marking of connection plate on power-transmission  tower and steel structure indus.

1.Main frame is fortified C-type welding structure, with strong rigidity and longevity of service.

2.Three stations(one can be used as marking station), automatic allocation station.

3.Worktable with ball-bearings supports workpiece,grip resistance is less.

4.X-axis and Y-axis are driven by servo-motor and ball screw, ensuring higher positioning precision,stable operation and longevity of service.

5.Two axes CNC, ensuring high precision positioning.

Workpiece programming manually,also can be created by  lofting software automatically and  then  transmitted  through USB or network, simulant workpiece graphics can be displayed in order to make program checking more conveniently.
